ClubSpace Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your ClubSpace account and associated data.
ClubSpace is operated by the Run4Fun Analytics team.
Delete your account in the app
- Open ClubSpace and sign in.
- Go to Profile / Account Settings.
- Select Disconnect account.
- Confirm the action.
Need full data deletion?
Email run4fun.analytics@gmail.com
with the subject "ClubSpace Account Deletion" and include your Strava athlete ID (if available).
We will confirm deletion once completed.
What is deleted
- Your ClubSpace account linkage and authentication records.
- Your stored ClubSpace activity and analytics records associated with your account.
- Stored Strava access tokens used for synchronization.
What may be retained
- Security and operational logs retained for a limited period for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
- Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
Processing time
Requests are typically processed within 30 days.
